Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates (via Australia Post)

  • Metro Areas: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Rural & Remote Areas: Allow extra time for delivery.

  • Delays: Australia Post may experience occasional delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post.

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

International Shipping (Optional – if you plan to ship outside Australia)

  • We currently ship worldwide via Australia Post International.

  • International shipping costs vary based on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Returns & Store Credit

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit via a gift card or discount code.

  • We do not offer refunds—only store credit or exchanges.​

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be provided instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
